These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Hynds AI LLC (“Hynds AI,” “we,” “us”). By installing, accessing, or using the PALMS Pilot extension or website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PALMS Pilot is a browser extension that provides a checklist, notes, glossary, and convenience shortcuts that appear alongside the BNI Connect website within your own browser. It is a productivity aid only. It does not log into any account on your behalf, store your BNI credentials, or automate actions on the BNI platform.
Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service:
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute license keys outside the scope purchased, or attempt to circumvent license validation or plan limits.
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time; cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service in violation of any law or third-party terms, including the terms of the BNI platform; (b) reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to defeat the licensing system; (c) use the Service to harm, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any system; or (d) misrepresent your affiliation or the Service’s affiliation with any organization.
PALMS Pilot is an independent tool created by Hynds AI LLC. It is not affiliated with, authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by BNI (Business Network International). “BNI” and related marks are the property of their respective owners. You are responsible for using the Service in accordance with any rules or terms that apply to your use of the BNI platform. The BNI website may change at any time, which can affect or interrupt features of the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data and third-party marks), is owned by Hynds AI LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you beyond the limited license granted above.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future changes to the BNI platform or your browser.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYNDS AI LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
